Issue #49: Nepalese night

Tonight I decided to try my all-time Nepalese restaurant favourite dish, the chicken korma! (or kukhuro korma if you visit Nepalese restaurants). The things you need for this tasty meal you can find at your local supermarket:
- basmati rice
- chicken meat slices (I chose ones that were in Indian tandori sauce)
- Pirkka Kormakastike (has pinkish label, belongs in Pirkka's 'Aasia'-series)
- Santa Maria Naan bread (traditional Indian bread)
- Santa Maria Raita mix (traditional Indian yoghurt sauce)
- some yoghurt (natural, unspiced)

On the left you can see the naan bread still in its package, in the middle a bowl with rice and chicken korma sauce, and at the right a cup of yoghurt sauce.

Making this meal was simple and fast. Just roast the chicken slices, and when they're done, add the korma sauce and let it sauce the chicken with mild heat (2 when 1-6) for 5 minutes. Cook the basmati rice (I added chicken sauce cube to give flavour), when the chicken and rice are both ready mix the yoghurt spice mix with yoghurt. Then put naan bread to microwave owen for a minute (while still in its package) to make it warm and moist. The ultimate drink with this meal is mango lassi, but I didn't find any canned mangos at the store, so I decided to drink plain water :(

Verdict:

If you food could give you an orgasm, this would be quite near to that experience. This was so fucking good that I still drool from the very thought. Guys, you should really try this!
